For me with a RHD, it is the turns at intersections. I try to train myself to put me the driver in the center of the road, but practice makes perfect as they say...

No, a postal Jeep I converted to 4WD. And I recently sold a RHD Jeep JK.

Funny that you mention Land Rover and putting yourself yourself in the center. The prototype Land Rover had the steering wheel in the center and seating on each side of the driver's seat.

It was largely a copy of the early Jeep. but I guess they only got partway through changing it from LHD to RHD.
