Keep Truck in garage or the tractor?

Anyone ever been in the situation as to where you can only keep one of the two in the garage if so how did you decide which one sits outside?

I really haven't seen to many downsides to leaving a tractor out side except a few issues like nest in the air box, hydraulic hoses cracking and needing replaced but that took many years, sun fads the orange paint, water in the fuel maybe. It's a tractor as long as it works it's fine.

On the other hand the truck gets used more and in the winter months having it inside is nice as you get frost all over the windshield and mirrors and have to wait for it to clear.

Probably more of a personal opinion. :)
I have my dad's 74 year old Farmall tractor which has been in a garage most of it life. I restored it a few years ago and it is in my garage. I have another working tractor and I keep it in the garage also. I figure I am going to have both tractors for the rest of my life even after my truck is gone. My truck can handle the elements a lot better than my tractors.

Typically the tractor is in the garage and the truck is outside. However, at the moment my truck has a water leak so it is in the garage until it is fixed and the tractor is outside. I had to cover it with a tarp though since it seems to be raining practically nonstop for over a week.

Our cars, trucks, and trailers are always outside. Tractor, attachments, motorcycles, atv's, lawn mowers and stuff are always inside.

I have no problem with my tractor staying under the metal carport, except lately some critter (red squirrel?) keep packing the engine bay with oak leaves. Cleaned it out for the third time the other day, now I have to keep the hood popped open when parked, pretty annoying.

Anything parked outside in the late summer and fall is subject to rodent infestation; I'm getting pretty sick of it.

Both. I'm a firm believer in keeping my equipment inside, and out of the weather. I made it a priority in the budget. As soon as I could afford it, I put up buildings large enough to accommodate truck, tractors & implements. Our 2 cars are also stored in a garage.

Everything I own goes in the garage/ heated workshop. If I had to choose one it would be my truck and car. it's not the weather it's the rodents. My tractors are easier to fix wiring and infestations.

Mostly Squirrel's during the Warmer Months here. Winter cold is only for a couple months, and nothing much ever happens then. Already tried nesting etc.. What I found in the Warmer months is the Kitty Cats loves sitting in the seats! And guess what? You got it!!! One's earned his name that for sure "Slick" AKA. "Slick Kitty" Bugs and cob webs about it! And I GBC. about that. I'm pretty good at removing them now though. I know normal usual spots.
