I would like to drain the injector pump and replace the Chinese lube, but I can't locate the drain plug. Can anyone tell me where it is? Also, what type of lube should I put in the pump? My manual is written in Chinenglish so it is no help "thusly".
Thanks

Does it look like this injector?
This is an Injector on my Jinma 354, Same Engine?
Use 30 wt non detergent compressor oil.

Your pump resembles mine, with a few differences. The main difference is that I do not have a dip stick to check the fluid level.
Thanks

What I haven't seen is the quanity if we don't have a dip stick on our pumps. Is there a level chech plug? If so where? Or is there a quanity that we add? bjr

There is an elbow fitting on the side of the pump near the front of the tractor. it will have a plastic cap on it, remove the cap and fill till oil comes out this elbow, then replace the cap.

Found the banjo fittiing with plastic cap and filled till it started to come out banjo fitting. Thanks everyone Sooo much for the information. My engine is a 2000 mod. On the TY 395 cyl head retorque, I had to remove the injectors to get to the bolt under the injector flange, so that was kinda a pain. Also took time to blow the radiator out with air and water. There was considerable dirt and debrie in the fins. The 100 hrs service at 200 hrs is done.

The one item that I should pass along. The air cleaner rubber tube connection that joins the cast iron elbow to the intake manifold is too large and allows dirt to enter the engine. My fix was to wrap sereral layer of rubber electrical tape on the iron adapter to take up the extra clearance. That made the joint tight. Just something for JM 354 owners to look for. bjr
