Kabota L1500DT Hydrolic

Im trying to get a 1500 up and running and the PTO goes up very slow. Any ideas on things to look at/for

I'm thinking mean 3pt hitch not pto. Is hyd filter been changed? Could be a air leak on suction hose. Relief part way open. Pump wear.

Cruise over to Orange Tractor Talks and pose your question there, you'll get a good answer. Lots of Kubota techs on there and... Spell it right too... Hydraulic, not Hydrolic.
