Got a brand new JX 95 Farmall and after 10 hours the cap on the airconditioner pulley wore through the heater hose coming from the radiator. No part available yet from the dealer since its so new and he sends a brand new hose off a tractor on the lot and guess what!! Its wearing in the same spot. No way its installed incorrectly. It has to be a design flaw whereby when the hose expands and the air is on the two contact. Happened when I was baling and that was the first time I had the ac on. Highly disappointed!!

The JX/Farmall 95 is the same as the New Holland TD95D. I have not heard of this problem on either of these machines yet and there are a few guys on here that have the blue versions. I wonder if CNH hired a new guy and he had a bad first day on the job?
If your Case-IH dealer doesn't have the part you may want to visit your New Holland dealer and see if they are the same. Best of luck to you and if you can could you post some pics of the problem for others to see and look for on their machines?
