Check your safety switch mostly check for debris under tractor.

My eMax 25 "blacked out"...turned out to be a 40amp fuse in a separate holder near the battery.

I would think if it was a safety switch your 4 way/caution lights would still work. If they didn’t work because of a tripped safety switch wouldn’t that itself be unsafe. I know on the max 26 I had the safety switches did not affect the caution lights.

also check for blown fuses, look for loose wires
