Cruising the net & came across this pic of what I assume is a Russian CUT. FWIW, I like the "raised" pit! Any guesses of what it is (don't ask me, I haven't a clue!)?

Maybe they use the little tractor to pull disabled vehicles up the ramp. Maybe it's all beat up because they also use it to push vehicles up the ramp.

Just guessing but it looks a lot like the pictures of an Italian Goldonini to me, and cement must be cheap over there since they didn't scrimp on those walls.
