Congrats!!!. Waiting is always hard for me also. This weekend I will be moving some logs left over from building our log home and rocks that are in the way. Then I will be putting down some seed for a country lawn....:). Mine has over 260 hours on it and is just under a year old. It has saved me a lot of money over the last year.

Welcome to the 2210 club! It is a great place to be. My 2210 was delived this time last year (May 19, 2004). Seems like I have had it for years. I just hit 100 hours last week.

I remeber the very long week I waited for delivery... then when it arrived, I could not believe how big it was. When it was on the lot it seemed so small next to all the 43XX and such.

Congrats, great tractor. I just turned 160 hours on mine. I wonder sometimes how I managed to get along before I got it. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Congrats. I myself would up going with the 790, but considered the 2210 very seriously. Everybody on the board commented how it is a great little tractor, that you can't go wrong. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Jd2210man, I had the exact same reaction last week when my 2210 was delivered. I took the day off to receive the tractor and to mow my lawn and when I saw it being trailored up my driveway, I thought they had shipped a 4310 instead. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Fortunately, once I sat in the seat and drove it around my lawn, I realized the size was just right! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif I had previously owned a GX345 and was surprised at how much more comfortable and stable the 2210 was for me on my sloped yard. I guess the larger tire size (height for ride and width for stability)probably helps out both of these issues.

Mrfixit77, I feel your pain. Even though I just received mine last week, it took two to three weeks for the 54" blade and wheel weights to come in, so I had to wait for them to come in and have everything delivered at once or pay another delivery fee for these items when they came in. I chose to wait and have everything delivered at the same time, but have started noticing gray hairs on my head that I did not have before the waiting period. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif I was so ready for this tractor to arrive that I went ahead and read the owner's manual online so I didn't have to waste any time once I finally received it.

Yes I remember the wait also and the delay because of the loader. Once you start using it though you will then be waiting to get back into the seat the next day and the day after and the day after that! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

There was a time when my hobby was Model Trains (O scale, N scale and Z scale). Now it is strictly my carrier as my spare time is all spent on the 2210 (that is, time that is not with my wonderful wife! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif). If I am at home, I am re-grading the lawn or moving something. It never stops and nor would I want it to. My customers at my model train shop and model train message boards are always surprised to hear I have bailed out on them for my new love, who's birthday is in 3 days. My new Land Pride RBT1560 rear blade is my newest toy. It will rip and tear thru things the loader only dreamed of. I can't stop leveling all the trails in my 5 acres of woods. The loader and front blade were basically useless for doing this. It is so sad to see 105 hours on the meter already but that is the price I pay for being in the seat all the time.
