My son just got a German wiredhair pointer and we took him out on his first boat ride and actually his first fetch!

I agree, he's a keeper; seems well-trained. I can see lots of hunting time in the future with him. We will expect more photos.

Hello Jim and Scotty, we are having fun with him, training is an on going situattion and he is only about 16 weeks old and sure can get into stuff quickly.

Some of the fun is training, but the real fun will be on the first hunt and watch him work.


scotty I know about missing a friend, we had to put one dog down last December and it was not a fun time.

These are great dogs, many of game keepers in my old country have one or two.
