These are scams. The pre-approved is a flag, but not the only one. They will try to sell it to you outside of ebay. They have even set up phony escrow services (web site looks real) to 'help' with the transaction. If it looks to good to be true, it probably is. I've given up looking at ebay for tractors due to the amount of scams on it...

Wow, that looks like the listing is from the very same guy.. same format and everything.. and different seller IDs.

I report these things to ebay when I see them.. sometimes they react.. sometimes they just let it go. Probably swamped with such reports, especially this time of year.
