Go to the 50 hour maint in the owner's manual, and follow the instructions to adjust the latch cap screw. If you don't intend to remove the FEL often, remove any gap between the screw and mast pad (step 6b) and then snug it up against it a bit more. This will prevent the latch from rotating, but it will take out more slack.
I have had my 3320 for a year and only took the FEL off once, and that just to do it. Mine wiggle ever so slightly, but not much.
I also recall that some dealers put the mounting frames that the posts attach to on the wrong sides. I might be thinking of something else on that one though. If it wiggles too much, call the dealer.
Checking Parking Latch Cap Screw
Adjustment
1. Be sure loader is equipped with materials
bucket, 4-in-1 bucket or grapple bucket.
2. Attach loader to tractor
3. Start tractor engine and lower ballast box
or rear implement to the ground.
4. Dump bucket 10-20 degrees and lower to ground.
5. Retract lift cylinders, raising front wheels
25-50 mm (1-2 in.) off ground. (Do not
retract lift cylinders completely.)
6. On both sides, make sure latch is fully
seated against brace pad and latch pin
is engaged with leaf spring. Cap screw
should contact mast pad. If not, adjust
each cap screw as follows:
a. Loosen locking screw.
b. Turn cap screw until it makes contact
with mast pad but latch is still free to rotate.
