Just brought home a 790

Just brought home my first tractor. Its a really clean, almost new JD 790 with a 300 loader and a Jinma backhoe. Can't wait for it to stop raining so I can get out there and start some projects. The backhoe is a 3 pt and needs a bit of TLC but runs fine. Anyone know where I can get a subframe for it?

I think you will have to make your own subframe...or find a used on that's close and modify it. You will not find a direct bolt-on for that combination.

Great tractor, the 790!! Good for you!

Since the 790 is still current production as the 3005, you can probably buy the subframe from Deere. At least the bolt holes would line up.
No idea how much modification you'd have to do, but make measurements on the backhoe before you lay out the cash. Might end up cheaper to build your own.

I sometimes wrongly say that I have it's younger brother...I don't.

Would anyone digest the differences of the 790 from the 770.??

I think I could learn something, though I bet I've heard it before. (doesn't say much for me)
