If you can raise and lower the arms and if the toggle in fact tilts the three point , that is about the best you can hope for. Most of the time the other knobs are to adjust the sensors on the tiller. Once I find where to put them to make the other two functions work I mark the position with a painted dot. That way if some nosey neighbor starts twisting things and saying " I can't read this dxxx Jap stuff " , you can go back to work without a trial and error again. It has happened to me.

the first thing my daughters did was start flippin & turnin I never got chance to see if they were preset.
