just bought TU220F need info

my TU220F came with the wrong owners manual. all the markings on it are in japanese. I Know all the mechcanical functions ranges and gears and 4wd. There are two knobs and a 3way toggle switch on the panel on upper right side by the 3 point controls I have no Idea what they are for? also there is a small computer under the seat next to it there is a mini control panel with two knobs and two micro switch toggles do you have any suggestions??

Those are pilot controls for your 3 point. Some have a cylinder on the arm that they control. They were connected to sensors on the tiller to maintain level and depth. Unless you find someone with the exact same controls, it's Rubix Cube time. Trial and error until it goes where you want. Mine has manual controls if you get the knobs in the correct possition. Buck at EFC has as much experience as anyone I know with those type controls. My Iseki TA215 has them, but it is a later model. It has a button that will auto raise and lower the three point to a pre-set height and back to where you started.

Where or how do I find buck I don't know what EFC is? I have played with these controls but always returned them to their original position. they did'nt seem to have any effect on the 3 point. I think I can hear a slight change in the pump sound when the toggle is moved to either side (Spring return not detent) Thanks.

That switch tilts the three point right and left on my TA215. You have to have the engine turning pretty fast to get much response. If it is idling you probably won't see it move much.
Does yours have a conventional arm to raise the 3 point or does it use a knob or lever on the control panel that the toggle is on?

Yes, It has two levers. one is unmarked it has a slot that is wider at bottom. the other slot is marked with numbers 1-7 and has a pic of a small circle and larger one driven by a chain or belt. that lever powers up the 3 point arms or lets them down the first one i haven't figured out yet as i haven't used anything but the loader.
