Just bought a used 3520

Hi I'm new to the forum as I just purchased a used 2007 JD 3520 with about 700 hours. I bought a 30-acre farm back in 2/2012 here in the scenic part of NJ!

I've learned a lot from the posts and will have questions in the near future.

In addition to the tractor, I bought a box scraper, finish mower, and a brush hog. Tractor had the 300CX FEL. Looking for a PTO chipper too. Spent some time last night clearing a thorn thicket as the place was neglected for 15 years.

Welcome, I bought a bmx-42 and quite happy with it.

I purchased a used 2005 3520 with 520 hours and use a Bear Cat SC5540 chipper/shredder. Works very well with the 3520 and is a solid machine.

Congrates on your purchase, you'll love it. I've had mine for two years now, bought it new in 2010.

For me its a great combination of size and power.

It's done everything I've needed it to do from the field to the yard. Get yourself a set of forks for the FEL, you'll be glad you did.

Congrats on purchase. Me too on the "forks" I'm amazed at all the things they help me do and I don't even own a real farm. Many times they are as good or better than an extra helper or two!!
