Just bought a JD 5225

I recently bought a used JD 5225 with 542 loader from a local used-equipment shop. Traded in my '73 IH 2400 - needed to upgrade to a 4WD and a tractor for which I can easily buy parts. Bought the owners manual and maintenance manual, so I am on the learning curve.

If you are the owner of a 5225 (mine is a straddle-mount with PowerReverser), please reply so we can compare notes. :newhere:

Thanks for the info. Ironwood, MI? I'm originally from Duluth, MN, have a place at Brule, WI, but now live near Duck River, TN. Been through Ironwood many times.
