I have really been considering it. I think someone talked me out of the clone saws due to my lack of tuning knowledge, which is ok. If or when I jump into it, I think I will go with a good, used 395. I am waiting on a guy and his wife to tell me they want a big oak milled. Their payment would help pay for the set up.

On the G3120 and oem 3120 too. There is no H side on carb their coil is limited too.

So not much way to screw them up. I swear husky did it that way on purpose to keep folks from screwing them up.

You just need to know how to trouble shoot like any saw.

This one so far on cold start pull 2 times on choke pop. push in to fast idle 3-4 starts. Crazy easy so far.

It has 7 gills on left side from Farmertec. Muffler looking inside is hollow can.
I still added a big gill on fly side to try and help keep exhaust from blowing on pto side brake handle. Just in case.

You sure do collect used parts. I don't when it comes to saws at least. If I require a new saw, I go buy it and the old one goes on FB marketplace.

I do have (on the shelf) the Red Beard velocity stack and 2 foam air filters that I installed on my Echo 520 but removed and went back the the stock air filter because the oiled foam elements are way too messy and put filter oil under the shroud in places that are a PITA to clean and I'm somewhat a nal about clean saws. Also have an almost full mottle of Bel-Ray filter oil. The issue with the 520 stock filter was it was passing fines into the carb but I cured that with 2 'O' rings, one on the fixing stud and one on the oval air intake that feed the jug. If you wnr it complete Red beard filter assembly and the Bel Ray filter oil, let me know and I'll send it to you, you pay the freight only as I'll never use it anyway. I modded the muffler, installed the offset crank key and pulled the limiters and tuned it and it performs just fine. Considered replacing the igntion module for a higher rev limit but never did as it's just fine the way it sits. Pulls the 20 inch roller nose bar with 3/8ths sharp chipper just fine for me. Full bar cuts and no boging at all in hard wood.

Like I said, if you want it, pay the shipping and it's yours. I'll never use it.

Put a Denso plug in the G3120 since those NGK China made plugs can be hit and miss sometimes. Yes OEM made right there.

Thinking I might go 42" 3/8 on the G3120. The 36" wont be much longer then 32" I have on hand already.

Hmmmm plus I can make my own loops for the 135DL full skip chain.

Wife was thinking we made need a wheeled trimmer for going around the 24 bushes we planted last year till they group up.

Cant really push mow between them and rider out of question. Carry trimmers getting old doing it.

I had a idea yesterday morning. Why not just use the MM55 for the trimming around the bushes.
2nd stihl dealer had attachment in stock.
Works for what wife needed.

Thing has so many uses. Mini tiller, gravel pusher etc etc.

This guy in my chainsaw repair group normally runs a 24" on his stock echo 590.

He bought this 36" bar to drop and mill this sweet gum tree with.

He did say olier cant keep up. Have to help it out with oil can.

Yeah I figured so much so. I own a 590 as well which I have muff modded. It's a runner for sure.
