Just an Observation

I posted a long post one time on large actual awards in civil cases that were tried in front of a jury because of the lack of a label saying " Don't Do That", didn't last two hours. If I was manafacturing something other than a softball size sponge ball to sell I would cover the entire surface with warning labels.

All seriousness aside, I love the little Kubota stick guy. He catches He||! He gets a drum dropped on his head, turned over on, twisted around a drive shaft, burned, shredded, and over ran.

While I'm bush hogging and bummed because I have 2 hours to go, I look at the little stick guy with a drum falling on his head and it cheers me up.

As I was installing worklights on my RTV...I looked at the warning lables that are plastered all over the dash...If I followed all of them I would leave it in the garage as I would be afraid of driving it...Really, Those of us who buy this stuff, are we really that stupid??? I guess someone must have done it...that's why it's there...My BX isn't much better.

Things that make you go Hummmm......

I take the ones on mine off on the 1st hot summer day before they get stuck on for good.

It's unfortunate that in todays society we need all the warning label's, but if they were not there someone would try and do any of the foolish things that the label's warn about, some truly not knowing better and some on purpose, and then suing the manufacturer or retailer and likely as not to win too. It's a sad commentary on today's way of life in the U.S.A. and Canada. Just my observation. Gary

I too am partial to the guy with the drum...I'd like to hear that story!!!!
