Just a gentle reminder with mower and other power equipment usage in full swing.

Let's be careful out there, and above all, let's keep our children safe from power equipment injury. My mower threw a stone over 50 feet last weekend---good reason to keep the Mrs and son inside while I tend to mowing.

Was the stone thrown by the PT mower?? I have yet to have this happen, maybe I'm just lucky? /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

I'm all for the safety aspect...and even more so as the years keep adding up /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif!

I am not aware of having thrown a stone 50 feet but I have noted some being thrown from the brush mower that have landed up to 15 or 20 feet from the mower.

I have two good dings in my alum. siding from stones thrown 20' or so. This was within the first three mowings with the PT but I don't think I've thrown one since. Always good to err on the safe side!
