Jump starting my 7.3 w/ a Gooloo 4000A

The Gooloo is supposed to be good for up to a 10L diesel, but the wires seem puny. Has anyone used one to jumpstart something like a 7.3 diesel?

Looks like that one was tested by Project Farm. (Don't remember the results)

It might start a 1st gen Cummins, they only need to turn over once to fire. The Power Stroke needs oil pressure, so multiple revolutions at high cranking speed, so probably not.
