I purchased a re-build kit for my Jubilees hydraulic pump.When I disassembled the pump it had no seats in it.I cleaned the pump and re-assembled it with the seats in place.I installed it and had no success,no pressure at all.I removed 4 of the seats and had to drill out the remaining 2.
What I need to know is where did I go wrong,are the seats really necessary?As I said the way the pump was put together originally there were no seats.
I am really in need of an assembly diagram with a parts list or pictures of work in progress.
I originally re-built the pump because it was lifting very slowly,now nothing at all.:confused2:
