Joystick Button

What is the push button for on the front of the joystick lever knob? I don't see any reference to it in the 55HC owner's manual.

Did you have the dealer install a 3rd-function hydraulic valve or a hydraulic diverter valve for a grapple or snow blade??

Usually, that's how they are rigged up, push button and then move joy stick to operate another hydraulic circuit.

Ah, okay. Makes sense. No, I didn't. But maybe RK has the button standard.

Bear, I have been talking with my RK tractor rep over the last few months about purchasing the 3rd function kit for my 37HC for use with a grapple. The kit RK sells includes the valve, hoses, new joystick with button and so forth. He recently told me that the 37's now come with 3rd function joystick installed as standard. Maye the 55's are the same.........Don
