Loader Joy Stick Grip on FEL control?

Does anyone know how the grip on the joy stick is
attached to the shaft of the joy stick? Threaded,
molded-on, pressed on?

I'm trying to remove the existing grip to replace it
with a grip with a momentary contact switch/button
for the 3rd function for the FEL, but haven't been
able to remove it yet. Any help or suggestions will be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Powerscol! That's what I was looking for. Now I just have to
find a handle with switch to adapt to the existing joy stick shaft.
I may try fabricating one myself, maybe using walnut carved to
an appropriate shape.

Save yourself the grief and get the John Deere grip and relays. Numerous folks have posted part numbers. Hopefully your shaft has one hole drilled already, Its a very comfortable grip, especially if your thronging to curl and grab at the same
time. Hope this helps
