John Deere Zeroturn Transzxle?

I just rebuilt a trans axle in a john deere 930a zero turn mower. The wheel rotates in reverse now. Push forward and it spins reverse and push rearward and it spins forward.
Any ideas what I have backwards?

Try swapping the hoses

Another try at it today. Hoses are formed steel so the have to be right. The imput can only turn one direction. Anyone have any other ideas?

You have either reversed a swatch plate on the motor side, or turned half the transaxle 180 degrees effectively reversing the direction. That is why when i repair one I always make the halfs to prevent turn half 180 out.
