Has anyone replaced the chassis drive line idler pulleys on this unit; if so how was it done?

Just about like all of them, but these have a mix of guides for the belt. I can't type you out a step by step, but should you have a specific concern just ask.

I looked at the drive system and see no way to remove the bolt retaining the idlers, unless, the idlers are attached to the belt guides and "come down" as a unit with the guides???

Bottom up: Nut / belt guide / nut / idler pulley. You may want to take a pic on the positioning of the guides.
