John Deere Scotts s2554 transmission problems

The tractor would mow on level ground but wouldn't pull slightest of hills.Then we changed the fluid and filter and now it doesn't move at all/Any suddestions or is there someplace to get a resonable priced transmission for it/I live in the Winchester ,Va area

Hi there...would you please tell me where you found a reasonable priced transmission...I am having the same problems with my S2554 tractor
