John Deere Planters

Found a nice JD 7200 4R Standard Drawn with No-till coulters, 2 sets Corn pickups and a Soybean pickup.

Anybody have one? Is it a good planter?

When they were introduced , every farmer around here bought one . The finger pickups and offset openers were key selling points . Depth control was easy to set and accurate . Yes they are a good planter . Check the fingers in the corn units and the brushes in the bean units . Hope this helps , Kevin .
