Welcome to the forum. Your attachment doesn't show yet as you are a new poster. Pushing down the brake pedal and then down on the P brake knob doesn't work? If the knob seems stuck and won't come down, follow the rod down to the pivot under the LH side of the battery @ the frame. Should you have had a leaking battery in the past, that pivot rusts and seizes. loosening the bolt will allow the brake to release and then you can disassemble and clean it up. Otherwise sometimes the arm sticks or the caliper parts seize @ the transmission.
