John Deere L130 Will not crank

Ok people I am truly stumped on this one, I recently picked up a John Deere L130 last fall when I picked it up the mower deck was not attached, over the winter I removed the body so I could paint it, which included unhooking all of the electrical, when I put everything back together including the mower deck I have no crank at the key switch, I have double and triple checked to connections and cant seem to figure it out it acts like a safety switch somewhere that I am missing, when I cross the solenoid it only cranks a little bit. Please help.

Welcome to TBN. Have you checked the seat switch ? It has on that model a little spring loaded like plastic stick like part in it that if not fully retracted will not turn over. I'd bypass it just to check it. Also check your ground (s).
