John Deere GX345 hydraulic issues

My John Deere GX345 has hydraulic problems. When first starting, the power steering and deck lift are noisy and slow to react. This improves some after warming up. It is important to note the transaxle/transmission works fine without any issues! The hydraulic fluid has been changed along with both hydraulic filters on a regular basis with JD Hygard low vis. I've owned the unit for about 13 years and it has less than 600 hours on it. With the price of JD parts, I hate to go through the process of elimination on changing out parts. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you give us some idea what the "noise" is like? rattle? buzz? high-pitched/frequency? low frequency? sound changes with change in rpm?
Always had this noise, or just recent? reason for changing the fluid and filters was the noise? noise before/after changing fluid?

Need some help from you.. How about a video with audio via YouTube?

More of a high pitched whine, filters and fluid always changed every other year as part of normal PM, started middle of last season. Steering hard and deck lift slow until warm and then improves some but noise does not improve. Noise is only when turning or lifting deck. As previously stated, transmission quiet and functions properly.
