The Deere balast box is 24" x 16" and is 22" high. Outer dimensions. The dealer threw one in the deal after I inquired.

Sorry if I'm late, but I've been to busy lately. I built a ballast box for my 4300. In fact I just mixed cement tonight and filled the box. My box is 26"w x 32"t x 23" deep (front to back) about 11 cu. ft. it should weight 1650lbs plus about 100 lbs of steel. This should keep my ass on the ground so that tight knot in my gut should not bother me again. This week end I'll pull of the forms and post a pic if you want to see it?
