John deere 710 c loader backhoe brakes.

have a John deere 710c loader backhoe. it's been sitting for a few years and I noticed the brake pedals just go to the floor when pushed. does the nitrogen counter balance tank have anything to do with this?. I had solid pedals when I parked it.
