John Deere 6200 No Start, No crank

I got the starting issue figured out. There was a broken ground at the battery negative terminal. The smaller black wire group. One of these must feed the negative side of the starter relay.

Now on to diagnosing the PTO and getting it working. Anyone familiar with that circuit?

Almost certainly a safety switch.

I had PTO trouble too. Turned out to be a speed sensor FWIW.

How many hours. What tranny? LF reverser?

Safety switch or wiring harness. Start with testing all safety switches or bypassing temporarily. If all sensors test good, then bypass all sensors. If tractor starts with all sensors bypassed, add sensors back one by one. You should figure out which sensor is the issue.

Thanks. I have the tractor starting fine now with the key. That issue was a broken ground at the battery. Now I'm trying to diagnose the PTO which does not engage. Switch tests good. I have no power at F119 which appears to the be the fuse for the rear PTO. Need to know how power is supposed to be getting to that fuse.

F119 is powered when K101 relay is activated. F116 is the fuse for terminal 30 of K101. When activated (Relay K101), terminal 30 is connect to terminal 87 which then powers fuse F119

@Zebrafive, thanks for this great info! Very helpful! I find that fuse F116 is hot all the time, as is terminal 30 of relay K101. Terminal 86 of K101 gets power when I switch the key on, however terminal 87 doesn't appear to be getting power. Manually testing the relay, it tests fine. If I jumper 30 to 87, fuse F119 gets power and the PTO engages successfully.

This all leads me to suspect I have another ground issue feeding terminal 85 of relay K101. Would you happen to know where that ground terminates?

Test your wiring harness. In particular jump from pin 87 (ground) to pin 30 (hot). If you get voltage, your problem is most likely your relay. If no voltage or inconsistent voltage, there are problems somewhere in your wiring harness. Test each wire independent of the harness. Outside 12 volt supply and outside ground. Be sure to test the harness both with key on and key off as the issue could be in others parts of the harness.

Terminal 85 goes through diode V105, then to ground.

@Zebrafive, thank you so much! If I could give some extra stripes, I would! Diode V105 was in fact dead. I replaced it with a good diode and PTO now engages with the relay and fuses back in place.

I think the only thing that isn't working now is there is not action in the 3pt arms. I don't intend to use 3pt implements often, but I did just spend $300 to have the lift cylinders rebuilt since they were leaking terribly, so it would be nice to have it functional in case I need it. Any ideas where to start with that? I do have power at fuses F115 and F117 when the key is switched on. Those fuses look like they could be related to lift arms.

First check/pull trouble codes. They may lead you to the problem.
There is a stepper motor that operates the rockshaft valve. There is an override procedure to check hydraulic function.
1) tractor NOT running, key OFF, disconnect wiring to stepper motor.
2) remove access cap, top of stepper motor
3) tractor running, use a screwdriver to press down pin, then slowly turn:
Right/clockwise = raise. Left/counterclockwise = lower.
If hitch raises/lowers, problem is electrical, not hydraulic.

Ok, I tried the override and I can raise and lower the hitch. This is an open station tractor with a basic dash, so I don't think I have any way to check trouble codes.
