John Deere 59" Snow Blower Connection Question

As radios noted above, 5/16” seems small for a sheer bolt, but maybe not if a grade 5?
Is there a sheer bolt anywhere else for (I assume) the fan and/or auger?

From my manual, this photo indicates where the sheer bolts are located.
