John Deere 4600 diesel, about 60 hours

Hi! I am new at this I hope I am doing it right. I have a 4600 John Deere diesel tractor. It is in good shape with a front loader. I was told by a dealer it was worth $11,000.00. My son and Dad say tractors do not depreciate that much if it is in very good shape. An other dealer out of state told me the loader was about $3000.00 each. That the tractor is worth between $15,000 to $18,000. I don't want to cheat anyone, but I need a fair price.

Since you're a private seller, I think I'd ask $15K-$16K and see what kind of responses you get.
Is your thread title correct...only 60 hours???

how meny hours are on your tractor.im thinking its worth $15000.

Taking into consideration the build years of the 4600 is from 1998 to 2001 ...... the machine could be 14 years of age. If only 60 hours this means the original fluids may still be in the machine as it isn't even broken in. To a dealer probably 11-12, retail 15k would be a good number. Hopefully it was stored inside to maintain the like new appearance. Wish it was close to me .
