John deere 445 hydro leak

I recently discovered what seems to be a hydro leak under my 445.

22hp jd with Kawasaki engine with front hyd and pot. With 3pt hitch. Ohd valve. 1700 hours, rebuilt engine.

No symptoms other than a new spot on the floor.

Lemme know if anyone has experience with hyd leaks...

Can you track it down to at least say where it is originating from?

What is a "pot." abbreviation for ?

How long ago was the rebuild?

Transmission leaks are pretty common on the 425/445/455. If you are lucky it is the seal on the differential lock shaft which is a black rubber doughnut that pops out of the housing. I have heard that it is possible to reach in there with a long screwdriver and push the seal back in. If you search here and over at mtf you will find several threads about fixing transmission leaks.
