The operator manual is only available online. OMLVU13193_H2

You can save the web page to your computer. It doesn't function in a window like it does online but it does download all the material. You can put your mouse pointer on the line beside the menu and drag it to the right so all the info displays in that left window. Then just use the back button to return to the menu.

Are all your relay slots occupied?

All of my relay slots are occupied except for the Trailer and Mid-PTO slots, which I do not have. Agreed that it would be nice to have everything working, but functional is much more important. Both my signals turn on constant when I move the lever. I would just like to have the flashers working so I can have them on when plowing or grading the end of the driveway. Do you know which fuses and relays are responsible for the flashers? I am thinking it would be the K7 - Turn Signal Interlock Relay. I had someone suggest switching the I and J relays with the K and L relays. What do you think? Didn't know if swapping relays could do any potential damage, like the F12 Fuse slot.

I am trying to get the instrument panel off so I can clean out the nest, check for damaged or loose wires, and evaluate the loose steering tilt...but I can't get the **** steering wheel off! Tried up pressure on the wheel with my knees while tapping the steering shaft with a hammer, but no luck. Soaking it with PB Blaster every couple hours and trying it again. Any other suggestions?

That was also me that suggested switching the relays. The relays are the same part number. I thought if you switch them it might do something different if one of the relays was bad.

I will throw this link up here also in case someone has a flasher problem and just wants working flashers. I'm sure you could expand on this guys video and rig ageneric turn signal switch in if you wanted to. The JD switch/flasher is funky at best.
