My 2004 JD 4120 pto stops working under a load. Just had the tractor broken in half and pto clutch completely replaced as well as the solenoid valve. None of this has fixed the problem. Any ideas on what else might be causing this issue? All fluids and filters have been replaced also and are clean.

I suggest you acquire a JD 4120 trach manual if you don't already have access to one. Sounds as if hyd engaged pto clutch isn't receiving sufficient hyd pressure to keep pto clutch engaged. I would guess your tractor has a pto clutch pressure test port.
