John Deere 4100 With Curtis Cab - Question

Hi, I have a John Deere 4100 With a Curtis Cab. My cab has the split glass windshield. the lower part of the windshield was frozen and when I went to try to free it, it appears that the upper hinge broke, the window just flops down now. I cannot see how it was ever attached to make it hinge. does anyone have any info in this ?, I tried calling Curtis Cab, they just told me " We have Discontinued that model and we don not have any parts". I need some type of diagram etc, I can fix it by hacking something, but would like to put it back the right way. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Maybe you could post some pictures to get an idea of a solution. I hear Curtis is a quality cab system but it doesn't say much for the company to just blow you off. Makes one wonder if the have too many customers, sales are too good to help the retail buyer. Some companies are like that. I'm sure there is a simple solution to the repair, just have to view how it is put together and what has to be able to move for venting or disassembly.
My 4110 doesn't have a cab, just a canopy, so I'm interested in their structure as well.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have heard bad customer service from Curtis. I think it was door handles or a wiper they blew someone else off about. Picture will indeed help. I will also ask a moderator to move this thread to the JD CUT forum so more may see it.
