john deere 410 c barely turns over

after sitting for a week and a little rain exposed, my john deere 410 c would barely turn over. after some trouble shooting including a smoking starter, I ordered a new starter installed and it fire right up. i stalled it while pushing dirt after the first minute of running and now it barely turns over again. i've tried a different battery, bipassing to the starter with jumper cables but same result. my only idea is somehow pressure from the oil pump since i've experience it being hard to turn over if i didn't open the valve to the backhoe after stalling. but that was always solved by opening the valve and then it would turn over normally.

problem solved, turns out both batteries were somehow undercharged.
