I'm seeking a head for a John Deere 40. Mine was stolen right out of the yard while working on the tractor. If anyone knows of a head in good condition for a reasonable price please let me know. Thanks.

A little more detail would help. Gas, diesel, CID, # of cylinders. I have a head & many other parts from a JD1520 gas 3 cyl. motor. The tractor had a hydraulic problem and a kid took it apart and gave up. Some key parts are missing.

I'm sorry, I didn't know the 40 came in anything but two cylinder. It's the old "Johnny Popper".
