John Deere 314 Free Wheeling Valve

The free wheeling valve on my John Deere 314 seized up and the knob broke off. Is it possible to get at it and do anything with it? The tractor is frozen in place and cannot be moved. Any ideas what to do?

I can't remember if the valve is returned to the closed position when the brake is pushed in or not on a 314. If so, a look at that linkage may help. Can you at least move the tractor if you lift 1 rear wheel?

To enable a 314 rear wheels to turn when moving machine ny pushing/towing one needs to depress both valve(key 18) centers. I owned a JD 314 for over 20 yrs but now I have a zero turn.
