John Deere 3120 compact electriical issue

My JD 3120 compact was starting with no problem but after working it about 1 hour shut down for about 10 minutes then when turned key on to restart all the lights on the instrument panel randomly flashed and fuel shut off clicked on and off. When key was turned to start position the starter solenoid would temporarily energize and start motor would just click over a small increment. Have used a different battery, pulled off the start motor and solenoid and bench tested and it works fine. Would appreciate any advise on this problem.

Check your ground at the battery and where the cable goes to the frame, bad grounds on tractors are the biggest calls of electrical ghost. I have a copy of the deere technical manual in PDF that you were welcome to if you'd like it. Shoot me your email if you want a copy.
