John Deere 3005

Dang as soon as I try to put it in gear it cuts off.
Then I must shift the thing in and out of gear then it will restart.
So I got to playing around with the shift handle and just wiggling it left and right causes it to shut down.
3 point works so does the loader.
There is a neutral start switch right in the top of the gear box next to the shift handle soooo, could this be the culprit?

The neutral switch on the cover is allowing it to start. There is probably a seat switch that is causing the problem. It is indicating that you aren't seated.
