John deere 300 Back hoe HELP

Hey guys, i am in the process of purchasing a jd 300 backhoe. its in decent shape. the two main concerns im having with this unit is for one the injection pump is not working, i believe it to be the electronic fuel shut off. But my main thing is the amount of slop it has in the backhoe. can anyone tell me anything about these things, like where i can find parts. The price is CHEAP and i was able to get it running off diesel through the intake and operate all the hydraulics. thanks.
