Anyone have issues with the gearbox on they're deere mower deck?
Gearbox model AM136330
Mistakenly I missed an oil leak/seal failure. Thus destroying the bearings.
Well this gave me a project that surprisingly ended well.
I removed the seals and began dismantling the gearbox. Deere did a user friendly build. With a few simple tools, I had it apart.
All items were sourced from Amazon rather cheaply.
Here are the parts needed to rebuild it.
Seals
25x47x8 $ 6.99
25x52x10 $ 5.49
Bearings
6005 $6.49
32006 $9.49
320/28x $7.49
