I have had my 2210 for roughly 10 years now, and I love it. Starting last fall before winter, I noticed my tractor has having problems going uphill when the grass was wet from rain. The rear tires would end up spinning, which rarely happened over the past 10 years. Over the winter, I noticed this also since I used my 2210 to plow my driveway. I would have a hard time getting up my driveway which is sloped. I ended up having to put chains on my rear tires, which again - I have rarely had to do.
This weekend I was hauling some garden waste since we finally got a glimpse of spring. My tires once again started to spin going up a hill. I had to back down all the way, and floor the accelerator.
Question - is this due to tire wear? the tire treads look OK. I rarely drive on concrete, only in the winter to plow the driveway. I am primarily all over my backyard, mowing, hauling, etc.
Could this be a tire pressure issue? Or could this be something else? All input appreciated.
