Either find another pump at a junk yard some where, or take the entire thing off and install zerks at all the points. Considering how long since it was used and that fact that the grease will exit at the place of least resistance, chances are it will not work properly any way if you do get it freed up. You would likely have to replace all the tubing also if you want to get those stupid things to work.
