Hope someone can give me a clue if $350 is a good price for a John Deere 212. It was given a complete once over and includes a 35 inch mower deck. The mower is in good shape.

In good shape I would say that $350 is a good price but the 35" deck seems small. I believe they offered a 38" or 47" deck on these models.

If in good shape $350 is a fair price. I sold a 214 with snow blade and 36" tiller for $750 four years ago. No mower deck.
I see the smallest deck for the 212 is 38" If the deck is good then you would not go wrong with it.
