3-Point Hitch John Deere 2010

Hi I am restoring a 1966 John Deere 2010 and currently having issues with the hydraulics, basically we cant get the 3 point linkage to go down, however no problem going up, we have pulled the single acting hydraulic valve out and have started pulling all the individual valves and galleries apart to clean everything and have noticed that we are missing a "stop Pin Part W in the attached diagram, does anyone know if this part was removed or superseded

Evidently your parts diagram didn't make it through cyber space. 2010 3 pt internal linkage is a little strange. If you'll repost the diagram I'll try to help you.

My understanding from viewing 2010 parts catalog is parts key 19 is NLR(no longer required). This is the only place that T19228 is mentioned in parts catalog
